Mr. O’Connor possesses 40 years of experience in virtually all aspects of growing and operating businesses. With 30+ years of P&L experience, he has successfully managed the growth of businesses in a variety of industries, including transportation and logistics, general business consulting, technology products and services, and the hospitality industry.
Mr. O’Connor has worked for a major law firm, several vertical technology services organizations, a large travel services firm which is part of the London Stock Exchange’s FTSE 100, a US based entity that eventually went public on the NYSE, as well as several early-stage companies, including a Goldman Sachs funded start-up.
His background and experience is diverse and includes positions running large operations organizations, managing large sales organizations, and growing and managing large business units or companies as the lead executive. His industry experience is varied, covering a variety of both governmental and commercial customer segments, including US Federal and State customers, major event organizers, associations, major corporations, international sports federations, cruise lines, and a variety of other customers and industries.
Kevin leverages his significant prior business experience and transportation acumen to ensure that TMS meets its contractual requirements while working toward its corporate strategic objectives and operating plan. He is actively involved in customer engagement, from the bid process through execution and has an unswerving focus on the customer experience at TMS.
