U.S. Travel's IPW
The Challenge
IPW 2025 brought thousands of travel professionals to Chicago, with a dynamic schedule of media events, city-wide evening activations, and official programming centralized at McCormick Place. The transportation challenge was twofold: providing seamless hotel shuttle service for general attendees and media guests while also coordinating VIP movements to smaller venues and neighborhoods across the city. This required navigating potential protest activity and ensuring timely coordination with city authorities. With multiple venues, heightened security concerns, and the constant need for real-time flexibility, the event presented a complex logistical undertaking.
