Key Transportation Resources
Charter Bus Reservations for Councils
Looking for a reliable transportation solution for your council’s trip to the Summit? TMS is the preferred vendor for charter services to the 2026 National Scout Jamboree. Councils can request a quote and reserve buses directly through our dedicated charter portal.
Bus Permitting (Mandatory)
It is mandatory that all councils apply for a bus permit through the Bus Permitting site in order to be allowed to enter the Summit Bechtel Reserve. You will be asked to register for an arrival time and departure time. Please coordinate with your bus company to arrange the time window that works best for your schedule prior to registering for a permit.
Airport Shuttle Service
Flying in for the Jamboree? TMS offers a convenient round-trip airport shuttle service for a nominal fee. You must book in advance via the shuttle registration portal.
Shuttle from Amtrak Station
TMS also provides shuttle transportation for staff traveling from Prince Station, WV, to the Summit. This service must also be reserved ahead of time.
