The TMS team’s unique combination of transit agency support, rail replacement qualifications and complex event transportation experience positions us well to provide support in a transparent, safe and reliable manner with our main focus on the passenger experience.

TMS has the ability to provide supplemental equipment for all service hours during rail span as well as full-time operations staff, trained in bus operations which includes; extensive training and reporting protocols, communication, DOT and FCMSA regulation compliance and driver relations.

TMS understands that ADA-accessible buses and ADA-accessible paratransit vehicles are not only a necessity, but paramount during any transportation project. TMS is not only capable of providing these vehicles, but makes driver training and safety protocol adherence our top priority.

Having successfully operated a three-month bus bridge shutdown with Metro during the summer of 2020, we have established strict protocols for all of our staff, drivers, and vendors across each of our projects to establish consistency during training and on-site operations.

TMS prides itself on our insurance coverage. We believe that we are the only company that carries the hired non-owned coverage without a gross weight limit exclusion. This means that our $10MM insurance sits on top of the bus companies existing $5MM policy, providing $15MM of total coverage, greatly reducing our client’s exposure and offering coverage unparalleled in the industry.
