Through this program, we manage and compute the logistical onsite shuttle information and create a post-show tally of the number of gallons of diesel each bus burned along with the number of numeric tons of carbon emissions. Once this number is calculated, we then donate to verified carbon offset projects on behalf of our clients.

On site, TMS Account Managers and Operations Supervisors plan the most efficient passenger-to-coach ratios, and confirm with bus operators that tires are inflated properly, fuel caps are fitted correctly, and bus idling time is limited through the use of our GPS-based Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) proprietary units.
