Ellie Ayoub is a dedicated member of the TMS team, bringing over 11 years of invaluable experience to the company. Having started her journey as a Sales and Marketing Associate, Ellie’s determination and hard work propelled her to higher roles, eventually landing her the position of Sales and Marketing Manager. Today, she holds the esteemed position of Sales Operations Manager at TMS.

In her role as Sales Operations Manager, Ellie plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of TMS’s sales processes. Her meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills have proven instrumental in optimizing sales operations, resulting in increased revenue growth and heightened customer satisfaction.

Beyond her responsibilities as Sales Operations Manager, Ellie serves as the primary point of contact for all advertising needs at TMS. Working directly with clients and their sponsors, she spearheads the placement of banners of varying sizes, headrests, and other advertising options on shuttles and at events. Ellie’s expertise in this area allows TMS’s clients, including prominent shows such as AHR Expo, AACR Annual Meeting, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and many more, to effectively promote their brands and offset their shuttle costs through impactful advertising strategies. Moreover, she takes charge of addressing any one-on-one questions from sponsors, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for our valued clients.

During her personal time, Ellie enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends. She also has a love for travel, particularly to the Middle East, and indulges in exploring new cultures and savoring diverse culinary experiences.
