Jay McBride leads operational delivery for Transportation Management Services. Jay has over sixteen years of experience in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, enhancing business operations, and providing financial leadership. Since joining TMS, Jay has overseen operational planning, execution of TMS events, and has driven customer satisfaction for some of the company’s top accounts. He has also helped in the development of TMS technology systems to enhance customer engagement and operations management. He provides leadership for all operations, managing a team of more than 40 TMS team members. Prior to joining TMS, Jay worked in the hospitality and customer service industry as a Senior Director of Operations and Vice President of Hotel Openings for Marriott International. At TMS, Jay is responsible for leading and supporting the Account and Operations departments, ensuring that we deliver consistently safe and reliable operations, enhancing business processes and executing the company technology roadmap.
