Rob DeMayo leads the operational delivery of Transportation Management Services’ Venue Services division. With over 20 years of experience, Rob is an accomplished operations and transport senior leader with a successful track record of developing short and long-term strategies, managing a large workforce across multiple venues and locations, producing detailed plans, and delivering in fast paced environments for multifaceted projects in the US and around the globe. Rob’s background includes work on Olympics and Paralympics, FIFA World Cups, Commonwealth Games, amongst others. Prior to rejoining TMS, Rob worked in the higher education industry for nearly a decade as the Director of Transportation Services at Penn State University, leading fleet, transit, parking and sustainable transportation for the institution.
At TMS, Rob is responsible for successfully planning and delivering services in support of our venue partners that include bus and fleet services, venue transport operations, last mile solutions, crowd management, overlay and wayfinding.
